Deliveries
We operate a delivery service to all UK mainland destinations. For non UK mainland destinations, please phone us for a shipping quote. Unfortunately, we cannot automate the sale of goods to
non UK mainland since shipping costs vary so significantly.
The majority of our products are in held in stock, and will be despatched next day for orders received before 12.30pm (or same day if time permits).
We will notify you if there are any delays.
We will individually select the most appropriate courier service for each order, but most orders are shipped using DHL overnight, or ANC.
Shipping costs are £7.50 + VAT on all orders.
Returns
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the goods, and if this is not the case, then you will be able to return them to us.
You must first notify us of any returns, and obtain our authorisation, and this must be done within 7 working days of receipt. Only authorised returns will be accepted.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty you must report this within 3 days of receipt. No returns of damaged goods will be accepted
unless you notify us within the 3 days of receipt.

We will refund the product purchase cost only, and not the postage costs (no refund for postage on sending out or return).
Products returned must be in 100% saleable condition (unless you have notified us of damaged/faulty good on delivery).
Complaints
While we try to hard to maintain a high level of customer service, there is always room for human error.
We aim to keep this to a minimum, and are keen to hear from you. We will acknowledge your complaint within 4 working days.
